Casement Windows are hinged at the side and open up vertically, like a door. Casement units open outward with a crank or handle. This makes them very well suited for hard to reach areas such us above a kitchen sink or wide countertop.

Our 5100-casement windows come with numerous glass options and extensions including triple and quadruple glazing. They are available in high performance venting and drainage versions as well. The operable casement frame is uniquely designed to extend the internal steel reinforcing bars in a continuous line through the frames when windows are stacked in multiple lite units. This allows for greater overall sizes without the bulk of external reinforcing.

5100C me 3 1/4" (83mm) frame depth, multi chambered profile, fusion welded corners for strength, water and air tightness.

Sash Multi-chambered with separate drainage and reinforcing cavities. Fusion welded corners.

Wall Thickness Heavy 0.080" (2mm) exterior walls on frame and sash.

Weather Seals Triple seal system. Exterior brush seal and 2 co- extruded PVC inner seals. All seals are replaceable

Drainage Hidden drainage in sash. Patented vent and drainage system in high performance version of the window

Hardware All standard hardware used is Truth Encore system with fold down handles

Glazing 1/4" (4-6mm) , 3/4"(19mm), 7/8"(22mm), 1"(25mm), 1 3/4"(35mm) triple glazing). Interior glass stops for easy replacement of glass units. Proprietary simulated “true divided lite" option.

Steel Reinforcement Steel reinforcement bars available for both sash and frame.

Extension Options Brickmoulds, stucco flanges, nail flange, couplings, inside returns for 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" drywall/wood, inside jamb extensions, bay-bow and 90 degree solutions
